Do you mean you've seen the OTC Nozlrater(tm) tool on eBay?  I'd like to have one of those with adapters for VW and Ford 7.3L.  Is there a less expensive way to build a nozzle tester using leftover hydraulic parts for pressure and the 3000PSI gage from a welding regulator?
