I made an injector tester with a spare VE TD pump ...cranked with a ratchet 
initially then modified with a handle... Could test /compare 4 at a time


  I did something similar once in the car.  I pulled all the injector lines 
loose from one another and then put them on in the wrong order.  I 
was able to get them all on and pointing away from the engine, crank it 
over and check the spray.  Inconvenient but it worked.
