[Vwdiesel] Seats Rabbits 1980 to 1984.

Years ago I was dreaming of owning my very own Diesel Rabbit.
It had to be a "Creampuff"  1980 four door deluxe made in Germany-
1.5L (1.6L) NA (no turbo) Light metallic blue. Folding seats. Opening
front corner windows.
Still only a dream -- due to the way Rabbits have a way to increase in 
numbers in my driveway. Now there are four plus 4 spare engines
and spare transmissions.

Here is my question :  Folding and not folding seatbacks ? Why do I have
both.   Is it possible to modify the non folding ? Those "Dial" seats
are a PIA.                   Hagar.
