[Vwdiesel] cracked head

As far as that last bolt goes, if you have an oxy-acetlyene torch, just
heat that baby up to red hot and when it cools it'll come right out, no
questions asked.

I'm less clear on the cracks, the last head I looked at had 'em too.
Apparently some are serious and some are not.  Do they go clear through
the seat?
