[Vwdiesel] slow running

  NO KIDDING!  :D First time I ever drove and saw others driving 70+
through a raging downpour!

Even my old 1.5 L Rabbit would top out at 75 and

  Fuel filter, throttle cable adjustment, bushing where the cable meets the
pedal lever or just the floor mat under the pedal.  Kind of in the reverse
order.
