     That's already in place, at least in WI, but I think it's just common
law. It's more a matter of getting a judge to implement it. And actually, our
courts are so corrupt that it's more a matter of getting judges to follow the
actual law and Constitution in any case. I know I've had lawyers tell me that
it's very, very difficult to get justice in a US court (and this was long before
9/11), that many judges will just blow them off, even when they hand the judge a
copy of the law.
