[Vwdiesel] Crappy fuel?

  That makes sense. But then it has little to do with the quality of the
fuel.  It's the fuel handling and storage.  A high cetane low sulfur fuel
would be as contaminated if treated the same.
  I change my filter once every 5 to 10 years and get little of nothing
to dump out of it.  But I buy very little fuel from unknown stations.  I
literally DO know how most of the fuel I burn is stored and treated and
it does seem consistent.  I was talking to a guy yesterday, who's boss'
pickup requires a filter every 15 to 20 thousand miles!  It'll sputter and die
otherwise he claimed.  That would indicate contaminated fuel for sure.  :(

  That again is a high probability.  Our legal system has run amok with
greedy lawyers and it's costing us all in many ways.  :P  I've had an
idea for a system of simple fines that would help greatly but it'd never
be implemented because it holds LAWYERS responsible for frivolous
law suits!  :)  (Who are the ones who are actually responsible anyway!)
