[Vwdiesel] TDI power

The vanes can stick and cause the boost to not build up like it should.
This is usually caused by lugging the motor.  People out there bragging
about 55mpg because they never let the tach rise above 2000RPM will pay for
it in the long run.  C'mon!  Wind that motor out!  For reference, my average
shift point is 2800RPM.

BTW, the VNT-15 is not new.  It's been around since the mid-99 model year.
