  No.  There are 1.5, 1.6 early and 1.6 late.  1.5 nozzles are really
reasonable,
1.6 early are a couple bucks more and 1.6 late cost about the same as a
rebuilt injector.

  Not really.  Nor is a stream, off center pattern, heavy pattern and no
"pop" isn't desirable.
  I've had very little luck messing with a nozzle that doesn't spray well.
A very few that spray as if something may be on the seat might clean
up but otherwise it's much simpler to just put in a new nozzle and
dress the machined surfaces.  Otherwise you spend a lot of time
assembling and disassembling due to bad pattern or leaks.  In the
end you usually need a new nozzle anyway and a lot of time was
wasted trying to avoid it.  ;-)
