No amount of timing or pumpchange or injector maintenance will cure that.
The fuel and lubeoil would  collect in the Resonator and muffle while idlin=
g in parkinglot.Worst during cold weather.Pedal to the metal,after idling f=
or say 15 minutes ,and no one would be able to find their cars.So yes I hav=
e ideas    LOL   you are ind for a ringdjob or whatever.     When you go up=
 that long hill behind the BIG MAC with a full load of gravel ---yes THAT i=
s smoke.  Known in the diesel shack as overfuelling.                       =
