[Vwdiesel] tdi engine from 98 jetta

I just took a engine,trans,air box,fuse panel,harness,ecu,gas pedal,fuel
tank, lines and complete exh system from a 98 jetta wrecked to bad to fix
with 74k that I heard run for $500.
Do I need the clutch pedal assem. also?  What cars can I easily install this
into? I also have a Westy 1.6td. I,m thinking of putting this one in a
car.It started to clog up in the intake manifold, what is being done to fix
this from happening? This engine sure has a lot of wires and is a little
scary. This is my first tdi and I'm sure i,ll need help!
I got to busy in the garage an I have not been on the list for a few months
and  miss it, Thanks for any help !
