[Vwdiesel] Water wetter

It definitely works.  As any race car driver that uses it.  But the diesel
motor hardly produces any heat as it is, so it wouldn't be a very good idea
IMO to use it in a diesel motor.  Unless you don't need a heater in
inter.  };-)
