[Vwdiesel] Timing Ecodiesel

I'll take a stab at why (I think) the timing for the
TD engines is a little more advanced than the NAs. I
believe its because the injectors are set at a higher
break pressure (155 vs 130 Bar) and correspondingly
under indentical operating conditions, the TD
injectors will open a tad later since it takes more
pressure (longer build up) to open them. Hense to get
combustion to occurr at the same time, the TDs have to
have injection start a little sooner.
