[Vwdiesel] Insulted by My Date

I took a lady out to dinner on a date for the first
time last night. During the ride in the '85 Jetta TD
she made the comment, "You know, you really should
consider getting a newer car." Geeze, was I insulted.
I followed w/ a brief explanation why it was my choice
not to. I also did not even bother telling her it was
diesel. BTW, this was from a lady who does not drive
or own a car and who has never held a driver's license
in her life. She's 37. Oh well. Just gotta vent.
