Hey Guys
To all those with non metallic paint who need help
The only way to fix the and stop the paint from fading (and still cheaper
then a repaint)-go buy a rotary buffer at home depot, cost is under $100 but
be sure to buy the rotary one (like an angle grinder) and get two extra
bonnets (wool one are great). Then buy Meguliars professional diamond cut
compound, swirl free polish and high tech yellow wax. Pratcie first, you
don't want to remove the paint down to primer! Be careful around the hood
and doors, pop the hood open and rest a phone book underneath so the fender
edges keep their paint! Take your time, it will take all weekend but once
your done even the worst faded paint will atleast look presentable if not
show room. It will last with the high tech wax for six months, then hand wax
again. You might have to use the buffer once a year to keep it tip top but
it works wonders and improves the value of your car like nothing else!
