Problem is emissions. High sulfur is also great for diesels but the EPA
mandated low sulfur. It all gets back to what the EPA says the EPA gets,
if it makes sense or not.

Just ask a lot of truck drivers in Calif when newly formulated diesel
fuel destroyed their engines.
