[Vwdiesel] Broken Bleeder Valves

The information I've come across says about 25psi is the danger
point.  15psi is what everybody says not to go above.  I don't
think I'd want to cut it close.  The power of acetylene dissociation
is just too much to putter around with.  I'll take mine controlled
please...
