[Vwdiesel] Glow Plug Question

I just bought a rebuilt cylinder head and it came with new Glow Plugs.  The
problem is, that I do not know if they are fast or slow.  To make things
worse, I do not know what system is in the truck I bought either.

Here are the part numbers that I found on them;
Bosch     0 250 200 052  France 087 - Old plugs (all I could find by
searching this p/n is for 1600 VW Diesel)
              0 250 201 032 France 965 - New plugs (same website I found
says "fast glow" for VW Diesel)

Am I going to need to replace my glow plug relay??
