  Those don't need replaced.  Only the stretch ones are supposed to be.
MANY of those have been reused successfully (unknowingly) though.
  I was thinking Randy Hubbard was one of the people that said the
diesels didn't actually have the stretch rod bolts even though some sources
say so.  <shrug>
