[Vwdiesel] rings

The A3 bentley specifies the connecting rod bolts as stretch bolts (always
replace) for all engines (VR6, 1.8, 2.0 and 1.9TD) I don't have the A2
Bentley handy, but I seemed to recall it either doesn't mention the
stretch rod bolts or only for some engines (2.016v maybe?)

Having said that, I've never replaced them, nor do any of the VW techs I
know that work on these engines.  If I was spending $1000+ to rebuild a
block with new pistons etc. then I would drop the extra coin on new rod
bolts.
