[Vwdiesel] Timing belt on a 1.9NA

I've got a really wierd problem going on. I am having the shop put a 1.9NA
into my 1983 Vanagon. They can't seem to find the correct timing belt. The
1.6 timing belt is too small. The belt that is too small is part number
068 109 119 E (and they tried P as well). Does the 1.9NA have a longer
stroke than the 1.6NA? They are using all the stuff (Brackets, IP,
etc) from the 1.6NA engine.

This is a really perplexing problem. Any help would be greatly
appreciated (like a part number for the belt). The shop is having a tough
time figuring this one out.

Thanks!
