The troubles I had getting the drums off , was partly due to RUST not a wea=
r ridge.
Rust on inside of drum -- from shoe out was so hard and thick it had to be =
chipped off. Further RH side cylinder was rusted stuck in cylinder in the O=
UT position.      Question :  Sure hope The "Hymie" captain in Orlando answ=
ers this one. Is it possible someone way back used Naval Jelly  on the drum=
s ??? ---under the brown rust was a crusty brittle flakey deposit with a bl=
uish sheen.Brown rust in the machine is hard for the cyclone to clear --- b=
ut when blasting this stuff off  there is no visible dust in the machine.Th=
at tough crust was holding the drum from being removed.       Hagar.

PS: dealer say no new backplates available , so blasting is IT.-----blast i=
