i somehow ran over it.

part of my shifter sloppyness was atributed to the realy ball shaft being worn
(ground old one off, turned a new one, welded back on) wore out relay shaft
bushings, linkage bushings, shifter bushing. amazong how much these alone
tightened it all up.

i am crossing my fingers that 5th isn't toasted.
