[Vwdiesel] Vanagon Clutch and starter....

Subject should have been "Auto shop from H*ll part IV". I am going to fix
these problems myself:


1) Have a bad starter, it seems the solenoid does not always make it to
the flywheel when the starter is warm. hints?

2) The clutch "slave" is leaking. Is this hard to replace? Any hints, etc.

The Auto Shop from H*ll wants $600.00 to fix the above. Of course, I told
them to shove it.

Even though I have fixed many things on my Vanagon, these are two I have
never had to deal with.
