[Vwdiesel] Nasty dirty fuel tank

 Local pressure cleaning establishment has some "secret" concoction that
he uses.  Two powders and I don't remember if it's a liquid or just water.
It does good enough to be safe to weld on said tank for about 8 hours.
Dad had him do his Mercedes tank.  No slime since.
