Brett,
I don't think the bushing itself is the problem, but the thick, heavy
washer. This is what sits on the shaft 'step', and pushes against the
bottom rubber bushing, which in turn pushes against the bottom of the
body shock cavity.
I would keep the stock rubber bushing here. I would think Poly would
transmit a lot more road noise into the cabin.
