    Mine did.  It's sitting in the shed, but I'll probably reinstall it for
winter to protect the belts from water-induced slippage, and the rest of the
bay from road chemicals.
    It's a real pita when working underneath, complicates changing the oil
filter, catches enough oozing grime to weigh a ton, and is truly devious to
reinstall without winding up in an anger management class.  But it does seem
to prevent having to do a complete belt set readjustment in late Feb.  Check
to see if the bolts are still there- PO may have done an Incredible Hulk
number and just torn it out after burning his hand removing an old oil
filter.
