For that specific knowledge may be needed .   Bring it up on the list , you will be amazed at how many read it around the world , including Germany. If you were in this town , I would beg to get in on the troubleshooting. Usually they use small screw in senders on the cylinder head. One for glowplugs and one for Temp gauge or idiot light. Simple to test  ---pull one at the time --- till the plugs come on when warm . -- you then got the plug one.
