BTW, my sister
(who drove the car for the previous 120k miles) admits
to holding the clutch in at stoplights.  This will
kill the clutch release bearing.


  I do that much more often than putting it in neutral (only use neutral at
the
really long lights).  All my release bearings are around 200K miles.
