[Vwdiesel] 190 Benz questions

I had a 190D until a few months ago when I sold it. Alluminum heads on these, so
don't overheat them! The US version of the Haynes service manual didn't cover
the diesel model. Luckily I tracked down the UK version which did cover
diesels. 
I sold it with a bad wheel bearing. I was told this is a really tough procedure,
and decided to avoid it.
the 190D get's better mileage than the 300D's; maybe 35-40mpg?
