Hello,

My name is a Del and I found this list serve as a result of my net queries concerning my problems with cruise control in my 96 Jetta Diesel.
I've searched through the posted archives in this group as far back as one year and could not see anything on the subject....soo
Is there anyone here whose had intermittent issues with their cruise control functions? What did you do to resolve it?

I've checked vaccuum hoses for leaks, including the pump located under the windshield washer resevoir, replaced the ECU with another from a wrecker (perhaps just a case of bad luck getting a gammy replacement I realize).

What I'm especially curious about is the switch unit on the signal light indicator arm. Has anyone had issues with theirs?
