Glad aviation is an allowed topic.  On the fearless Aeronca Aviators' board the convention is to use ### in the subject line to designate posts that are not Aeronca specific to help those who filter there posts, is this the same here?  It is appearing that nobody has run across this problem before.  Guess the A&P will rule and the block will be
declared unserviceable.  Just don't like the idea of having a loose bushing making metal.  Just a thought.  I havent went out into the shop yet this am to check, but is it possible to modify the 11 mm block to a 12 mm block?Justin
