[Vwdiesel] Bosch alternators: bearing removal.

I have a few alternators, several which need new bearings.

How the %#@&$ do you get the front bearing out of the front case half.

If I could do that, I would take the rotor to a bearing shop and have them
pull and replace the bearings.

There must be a secret, but I don't know what it is.

Here's a good site for the bosch alternators, but it doesn't explain the
bearing removal.
