  As I understand it there's something like the  CarbonClean MCS 245 
for diesels.  That makes it really spendy.  I've seen a couple of them 
on ebay.  I think Scott has more almost first hand experience with 
them than I.  Place that used to be in town said there's just nothing 
like it.  Even gets the intake and valves clean according to him.
