I don't use or know anything about that program, it may suffer from the
same dain-bramaged as other of that company's software. You might try
searching on Google or another web search engine to see if there are
solutions for that program:

Word wrap should be at the reader's end.  Afterall, I might be reading
mail on a small laptop screen one day and on a large desktop screen the
next day.  In one case 50-60 characters might be all I can fit, while in
the other case maybe 128 or more characters will fit.

I 
have
to
read
messages
like 
this?
When I can read a nice long line on a big screen and shorter,
word-wrapped lines of text on a smaller screen?
