[Vwdiesel] Hydraulic clutch

Beautiful week-end up here in the north and back up to +23C to-day...

Spent all w/e renewing brake and clutch lines on the van, (83, 1.6D) clutch,
pilot bearing, input shaft oil seal, (thanks for all the advice)... (the oil
seal didn't seem very "tight" on the shaft tho), CV Boot.... etc.etc.  So
all in all we (me and my 13yr old, Jesse) had a pretty busy time...  Then
went for a test drive and loads of clutch judder...  If it was a cable
release I would think that the adjustment wasn't set, this is hydraulic and
I can't see any adjuster??

Pull away is completely smooth, no strange noises, but when I relaease the
clutch it starts to judder....??

If no adjuster, what is happening??  Transmission went on so smoothly that I
couldn't belive it. (this is first time on a transporter) Everything is up
tight, no problems with the starter, clutch disengages fine,  can move thru
all the gears.....  I cleaned the flywheel and plate with acetone, used a
torque wrench on ALL the bolts....

What am I missing....??            rod
