[Vwdiesel] pump numbers

Again, Bart, from all you are saying, your hard
starting is because of AIR in your fuel lines leading
to the pump. Replace any suspect lines and she should
start up much better.
Timing and the noise your pump is making is another
issue. Sounds like timing is good, like the trick you
did with setting #4 to TDC.
