I don't get upset by it, but I don't think it is a great response.  It 
implies that one should look up answers in the Archives rather than posting 
questions that have already been covered.  I enjoy the conversational aspect of 
asking/answering questions, and often learn additional information when a topic is 
covered again.  I also in no way want to deter anyone from asking the simplest 
questions.  I would rather hear it again, than have someone digging frustrated 
in the archives.  Posts can always be deleted if one does not wish to read 
them.
