Just wanted to pass this along to those that are driving on very high
mileage diesel injectors....... change them out you will not believe
the difference. I found a place on line with the nozzles for a tad
over $9 so I bought a set and put them in today. I can't believe the
difference. Wow! I think I have solved my smoking startup problem and
noisy cold starts.
Now for a slight problem. It has been raining here off and on for a
couple of days and quite heavily today. The last time it rained, I
noticed small rivulets of water on the back of the cab. I assumed they
were coming from the rear window so I waited until the next dry day and
put a bead of silicone under the gasket between it and the body and
around the metal frame of the window itself. Anyway, today, I noticed
that the water is actually coming out of the 3 "vent" looking things on
the back wall. How would water get into this area to drain out? could
the seams around the base of the roof be leaking? Ideas, comments and
shear speculations welcomed. TIA Hayden
