[Vwdiesel] Winter? what's that?... ;-)

And it sure makes me glad I live in Texas. At least during the winter
anyway. Texas summers are hell on earth. Real temp right around 100F in
the shade. Heat index (how hot it really feels) between 105F and 115F.

Average temp this time of year is supposed to be 31F / 54F. But last night
it only got down to 57F. And it's supposed to get up to 68F today. It
takes a cold front just to get the temps back down to normal. Then after a
few days the temps go back up again, about 10 degrees above normal.

I can remember when I was a kid, about 20 years ago or so, it would be
snowing by now. Not much, maybe 2 or 3 inches, but enough to make snowmen,
have snowball fights, and make snow ice cream. YUM! But now we barely have
a winter at all.

And people say there is no global warming.
