......................Keep it simple. Let the body work go. Get the car 
back on the road.  You will get the fender work done later at your local 
shop (right?)  So, use the browser to get to http://www.vw.com/   then 
"find a dealer" and locate an Austin VW dealer. Call the service desk on 
Monday about 9am. Ask for the service manager. Introduce yourself and tell 
him what you are looking for and before you close, mention your concerns 
about "....picking it up in a couple of weeks...."      If that dealer 
doesn't satisfy your concerns, call another dealer and go through the same 
routine. Take it slow, stay cool and focused and communicate clearly and be 
laid back. Don't sound upset. Take notes as you make the call. Get the 
manager's name and phone number. Write down the details of the service he 
offers, and the cost estimate. Keep records.

And listen to other suggestions from the list. This is only one idea, but 
it is a starting point.
