So, use the browser to get to http://www.vw.com/   then 
"find a dealer" and locate an Austin VW dealer.

  My concern about that solution is I worked at a dealer.  If it's in the 
least 
bit slow, they'll take the job even though they don't have the training or 
equipment to do the job right.  He may need a little frame straightening 
with what all is bent.  If it's more than bolt on the parts then the dealer 
isn't likely a good option.  If bolting on some new steering components 
will bring the car back to proper drivability then the dealer may just be 
one of the best options.
