[Vwdiesel] Diesel Head

I currently own two vw diesel motors.  An '86 NA and a '91 eco.  The part # 
on the head of the NA is 068 103 373 D.  The part # on the eco head is 068 103 
373 T.  Although the only difference is that one letter at the end, I am led 
to believe that it is significant.  
There is currently a reman. cylinder head on EBay, item 7909275012.  It is 
part number 068 103 373.  It has no letter at the end.  Anyone know what it goes 
to?
Is it a replacement for either NA or TD?  $150 and no bids?
