When I pull away after 
sitting at a light it will leave a large cloud of bluish white smoke. 

Well Bart now we got something to chew on.

Try this and let us know :        Advance pump a pencil line ---as in Hillbilly Tuning.

Lubeoil and dieselfuel needs time to burn.  So sooner injection point gives it more time.

Unburned lubeoil and fuel is settling in the pipes (exhaust) so that when you goose it
 ----- it  turns into FOG  --not smoke.

Remember the injection pump has 4 bolts to loosen and tighten.

PS:   Listen to engine ---if it gets loud (Marbles) she may like a pencil line towards retard.
