  Torque specs generally say "with a film of light oil."  That'd give 
different specs 
than the teflon stuff would.  Now Raceware recommends it but only for the 
end of the stud going into the block.  It tends to make them stick when you 
go to pull the head nuts later.  Not sure just how well they stick but they 
sure don't seem to want to turn.  I'd hate to have to clean it out each time 
I pulled a bolt. Too much and you just might crack a 1.5 block!
