[Vwdiesel] Not "A1"Alternator

I notice that when I turn on AC, according to my new
dash mounted voltmeter, the voltage drops from 14 to
12.5. It doesn't seem to move back to the higher
voltage. Will changing brushes help or is this normal?


Also has anyone put in the 90 Amp alternator into A1
Rabbit with the AC? Difficult to fit in?
