[Vwdiesel] Compression check with Hyd lifters and Alum head

I thought I saw an adapter pictured (Jack's Place Catalog?) which 
looked like it was long and slender, like a glow plug application.
On the TDI it seems like it might be easier using a glowplug adapter.

Finding the quick disconnect adapter might be a problem...although I
could canabalize the GM one.  I just don't see a GM diesel in my 
future...but one never knows...
