i get 50-52mpg usa. which is about the same as 60 imp.
and i have the gauges and adapters to do it by the
book so i do. on all kinds of (old, pre 85) vw diesels
with lots of high miles. so it's not quite the answer
to your question. but i get high efficiency with using
the bentley suggested lift settings.
