  Basically, with faster spool up of a smaller turbo and no boos enrichment, 
you (facotry) just sets the pump up a little hotter (more fuel) than an NA 
pump.  Most of the purpose of the turbo was better emissions with a little 
more power/driveability.  It'll smoke less and still have good power.  With 
boost enrichment you'd likely get quite a kick out of it as boost would 
come in at a nice point, add fuel and ZIP!!!  :)  As is, it's close to a TD.
Probably runs hotter intake temps though.
