[Vwdiesel] Max fuel screw, which one?

I've searched my archives, and found lots of posts on how to set this, but am 
not certain which is the max fuel screw. I see the idle and max speed screws, 
so it must be the other one, right? 

'85 1.6NA. 

ps: I don't like the amount of smoke I'm seeing when the wife drives it, so I 
thought I'd turn it in a bit. She hasn't mastered the art of feathering the throttle 
it appears... ;-)
